She received Junior College All-American awards and later transferred to Arizona State University. Unfortunately she was self-conscious and decided to give up soccer. The next place she went to was California State University Fullerton. After graduating with a Bachelors of Fine Arts qualification in business administration with a minor human resources, she moved to Los Angeles. After her studies, she moved to Los Angeles where she began a professional career in modelling, promotion work and acting. That's when she stumbled upon a job vacancy for the W.W.E. Her performance was impressive to the talent scouts, and was offered an opportunity to test for a period of four weeks after the call was discovered by mistake. Then she moved to Orlando, Florida.
